Replacement and Refund Policy
You will automatically receive a confirmation email from JUstenbois that your order has been received. However, this is not a commitment to sell the products mentioned. JUstenbois reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse any business with a client and/or set a quantity limit for any item in an order. At any time, it may be necessary for JUstenbois to verify personal information and/or credit card information before processing the order. This is to prevent fraud and the use of software piracy.
Product out of stock
JUstenbois manages their inventory. It can happen that a product becomes unavailable between the time of your purchase at justenbois.com and the update of the inventory. In such a case, JUstenbois reserves the right to cancel the transaction and will inform the customer of the situation. An arrangement can be made between the customer and JUstenbois to postpone the order until the item is back in stock.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation may take 48 hours to process.
JUstenbois is the sole manager of the justenbois.com website and is committed to providing all necessary information about the products sold on its website. However, customers should be aware that mistakes sometimes happen. We encourage customers to notify JUstenbois of any suspicious information found on justenbois.com.
The prices of our products are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes will be added at the time of purchase. All payments from customers must be made in Canadian dollars. Products are billed according to the prices set at the time the order is placed.
Limitation of Liability
All orders placed through the justenbois.com website are subject to the shipping contract. This means that all risks related to loss and damage during shipping are the responsibility of the customer. An agreement may be reached between JUstenbois and the customer through our customer service. However, JUstenbois does not commit to enter into any agreement. JUstenbois is not responsible for costs incurred following the receipt of a damaged or defective item.
There is a one-year warranty on wood cracking or splitting and manufacturing defects of our products. The warranty begins when the product is shipped by JUstenbois and ends one year later. We require a receipt of proof of purchase. Do not return the product unless you receive instruction from JUstenbois to do so. Simply send a photograph of the item to show the damage and we will instruct you on what to do next. We try to avoid unnecessary shipping to minimize environmental waste generated from both the packaging required to ship and the impact of transportation to the environment.
Returns, Replacement and Refunds
We do not accept returns. Products that are damaged and fall under the warranty period will either be replaced of refunded at no charge. To complete your replacement or refund we require a receipt of proof of purchase and a photograph of the item to show the damage.
Once your photograph and proof of purchase are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your photograph and proof of purchase. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund.
If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed. If you opt for replacement, we will send it to you within seven days of approval. If you opt for refund, we will apply the refund to the original payment method used to purchase and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.
If you are returning items, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted if JUstenbois was charged for the return. Gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.
Orders under $45.00 will be sent without a tracking number. If your order has a larger value, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Simply go to the Canada Post website where you can track your package.
